Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made through Stayoft Ventures Private Limited ("Trippy AI", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation by User

  • You may cancel your booking through the Platform or by contacting our support team at info@stayoften.com.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the hotel's cancellation policy, which is displayed at the time of booking.
  • Free Cancellation: If your booking has a free cancellation window, you will receive a full refund if cancelled within the specified period.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for a refund upon cancellation.
  • Partial Refunds: For bookings with partial cancellation policies, the refundable amount will be calculated as per the hotel's cancellation terms.

1.2 Cancellation by Hotel

In the rare event that a hotel cancels your booking, we will provide you with a full refund and assist you in finding an alternative accommodation at a comparable or better rate.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • UPI: Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Net Banking / Wallets: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

3. Auto-Rebook Refunds

When our AI-powered auto-rebook feature finds a lower price for your existing booking:

  • We automatically rebook your room at the lower rate (same room type or better).
  • The price difference is refunded to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a notification about the rebooking and refund details.
  • Auto-rebook refunds follow the same processing timelines as standard refunds.

4. Service Fee Refunds

  • If you cancel a booking within the free cancellation window, the Trippy service fee is fully refundable.
  • For cancellations outside the free cancellation window, the service fee is non-refundable.
  • If a booking is cancelled by the hotel, the service fee is fully refunded.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show. In such cases:

  • No refund will be provided for the booking amount.
  • The service fee is non-refundable.

6. Disputes and Exceptions

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, or if you have concerns about a cancellation, please contact our support team:
